Cardegles Cross Country first meeting/practice will be August 9th,
5:00 at Shoaff Park by the baseball field for Boys and Girls grades 5 thru 8. Come prepared to run. Please make sure you have your school physical to participate. In the meantime, summer fun runs continue every Monday and Wednesday 5:00 pm Concordia Seminary.

Summer conditioning runs for current and potential Cardegle cross country runners will begin July 7th and continue Monday and Wednesday evenings at 5:00 – 6:00p.m at Concordia Seminary soccer fields (northeast corner). Open to 5th thru 8th grade boys and girls. Parent participation is welcome and encouraged. Participation is voluntary and emphasis is on building fitness and having fun.

Stay Tuned for upcoming announcements regarding our summer running program.

Congratulations to former Cardegle Marty Coolidge, now a senior at Elyria Catholic High School near Cleveland, Ohio, for winning the Ohio State Division II 3200m Championship with a time of 9:03.11. The time was a new Jesse Owens Stadium record. Marty had a very successful high school career and earned himself a scholarship to Iowa State University.

More Congratulations to those 8th grade Cardegles who received graduation awards this spring.

  • Jordon Schneider and Mikey Desch won the Msgr Hession Scholarships.
  • Jacob Maskal won the Holy Name Scholarship
  • Tyler Johnson won the Merriman Scholarship
  • Gabrielle Acree won the Fine Arts scholarship
  • Jordan Schneider and Scotty Jauch won the Citizenship Award.
