2022 Season sign up and Forms

Here is this season’s info along with links for the forms that need to be completed by all. Note: non-St Charles students should complete the same forms but the $55 fee should be paid by check to St. Charles Athletics and given to the coach.

T-shirt form and some additional info. Please complete this form as soon as possible so we can order this years shirts in time for our first meet. (Supply chain and labor issues may slow us down)
