Meet Schedule:

8:30 a.m.               WN Invite Open 5K

9:10 a.m.               Coach’s meeting at the gazebo

9:20 a.m.               Clearing of the course

9:30 a.m.               Middle School Girls Varsity

9:55 a.m.               Middle School Boys Varsity

10:20 a.m.               High School Girls Varsity & Reserve Race

10:50 a.m.               High School Boys Varsity Race

11:15 a.m.               Middle School Girls Reserve

11:40 a.m.               Middle School Boys Reserve

12:05 p.m.               High School Boys Reserve

12:45 p.m.               Awards Presentation (on football field – weather permitting)

4.)            Participants:          a)             6^th, 7^th & 8^th grades ONLY!!

5.)            Teams:  Angola, Bethany Christian, Blackhawk Christian, Carroll, Central Noble, Churubusco, DeKalb, East Noble, Eastside, Edgewood, Elkhart Christian Academy, Fairfield, Fremont, Garrett, Goshen, Indian Springs, Lakeland, Lakeland Christian, Lakeview, Lakewood Park, Leo, Manchester, Maple Creek, New Haven, Northwood, Prairie Heights, St. Charles, Summit, Wawasee, West Noble, Westview, Whitko, Woodlan, Woodside

7.)            Awards:                 Individual:          1^st – 30^th trophies (Varsity boys & girls)

1^st –10^th trophies (Reserve boys & girls)

11^th – 30^th ribbons (Reserve boys & girls)

Team:       1^st, 2^nd & 3^rd Team trophies (JV & Varsity races!)

1^st – 5^th Team ribbons (JV & Varsity races!)

8.)            Campsite / Bus Parking:      Team camps will be located around the high school.  Buses will be parked at the middle school after athletes are dropped off.   Spectator parking – $5.00 per vehicle – Please inform your parents and spectators!! 

9.)            Race Results:  As in the past, results of all races will be available during the awards ceremony.  We encourage those who will be receiving awards to stay for the awards ceremony and pictures.  It will be their responsibility to get their awards at a later date if they choose not to stay.

10.)          Miscellaneous:  T-shirts ($12.00 each) & concessions will be on sale again this year.  A pancake-sausage breakfast will be provided by the local Lions Club.   Please remind your runners to remove their spikes before entering the buildings!!!  Restrooms will be available at the middle school and high school.  Meet information packets may be picked up at the high school upon arrival.
