8:10 a.m. HS Coach’s meeting at the gazebo by the finish line
8:20 a.m. Clearing of the course
8:30 a.m. High School Girls Varsity & Reserve
9:00 a.m. High School Boys Varsity
9:30 a.m. High School Boys Reserve
10:15 a.m. HS Awards Presentation (on football field – weather permitting)
10:00 a.m. MS/JH Coach’s meeting at the gazebo by the finish line
10:15 a.m. Middle School Girls Varsity
10:40 a.m. Middle School Boys Varsity
11:05 a.m. Middle School Girls Reserve
11:30 a.m. Middle School Boys Reserve
12:15 p.m. MS Awards Presentation (on football field – weather permitting)

Participants: a) 6th, 7th & 8th grades ONLY!!!
b) Varsity races – enter ONLY your top 7 runners the day of the invitational. No need to notify the invitational officials about your varsity runners.
c) If your team has 5 or more runners, you MUST field a varsity team of 5 runners before anyone will be allowed in the Reserve Races!

Awards: Individual: 1st – 30th trophies (Varsity boys & girls) Team: 1
st, 2nd & 3rd Team trophies (JV & Varsity races)1st –10th
trophies (Reserve boys & girls) 1st – 5th Team ribbons (JV & Varsity races)
11th – 30th ribbons (Reserve boys & girls)
Campsite / Bus Parking: Team camps will be located around the campus.. Buses will be parked at the Middle School until 8:30 a.m. If arriving
after, buses will be directed to the High School. Spectator parking – $5.00 per vehicle – Please inform your parents and spectators!!
Race Results: Will be posted on www.westnoble.net, https://crossroadstiming.com and emailed to each Athletic Director along with
the Media.
Miscellaneous: Invitational shirts & concessions will be on sale again this year. Please remind your runners to remove their spikes before entering
the buildings!!! Restrooms will be available at the Middle School – Doors #13 & #14. Meet information packets may be picked up at the gazebo
upon arrival.
