Awards: Trophies will be awarded to 1st and 2nd place teams
Ribbons will be awarded to the top 30 individual girls and boys
Rosters: Runners in grades 3-8 are welcome
Rosters should be emailed to jsmith@esmeagles.com by September 14th.

Check-In Begins 4:15 pm (at finish line)
Coaches Meeting 4:45 pm (at finish line)
Girls Race 5:00 pm
Boys Race Following girls race
Awards Approximately 6:10
Parking and Team Set-up:
Course is same as last year, we will utilize the track and bleacher area
Parking and team camps can be set up by the gym, playground, open area
Do not make team camp on the track or near the course
Restrooms are available in the upper level of the main gym, not in small building around meet
Clean up after your team, be respectful
