Lutherun Meet Details

Be there 3:30 for pictures Tuesday at Concordia Theological Seminary for a 5:00 girls race and 5:30 boys race.    Rather than an awards ceremony, we will be passing out ribbons in the chute.    Please note and pass along to families the following information and see the map attached (we moved the course away from the tree line as we have had issues with bees over the past few months)

-Concordia Theological Seminary is a residential pastoral collage.  The buildings on campus are homes and we ask that visitors take care of the property and drive safely.  Restrooms are available in the gymnasium through the road side entrance. Parking is in the lots to the north of the gymnasium. The lot on then south of the gymnasium is used by residents and students and should not be used unless the other 2 lots are full.

-COVID Guidelines:  2 Spectators per Runner, Mask Up on Course, No gathering around start/finish line/area, No loitering on the property before or after the event is scheduled

-Start/Finish Procedures:  Masks should be worn to the start line. After directions and prayer, time will be allotted to remove masks just before the race begins. Step up, 2 command start will be used. After finishing, runners should report back to their team camp and mask up.  Water bottles will be provided at the finish area for runner to pick up 1 per runner.

-Results: Official times will be recorded, an unofficial clock will be at the finish line, top 5 runners score for team score, 6-7 are tie breaker and push scores. Final results will be available at the finish tent as well as emailed to you Tuesday evening.
