Update for Wednesday

Wednesday is the Norwell Meet for Varsity only  plus several varsity alternates.  The varsity is the same as the Prairie Heights meet and the alternates are  Tori,  Lucas,  Trevor, Oscar, Owen and Dominick.  Below are two plans for the meet with Plan B being used in the event of bad weather.   Runners should plan to be there at 4:00.

THE REMAINDER OF THE TEAM WILL PRACTICE AS USUAL AT SHOAFF PARK 5-6.

PLAN A:  Hold the event as originally planned!     4:00             Course Opens

4:45             Coaches meet at the timing trailer

5:00             Girls reserve race

5:30             Boys reserve race

6:00             Girls varsity race

6:30             Boys varsity race

PLAN B:  Scale back to 2 races                                       4:00             Course Opens

4:45             Coaches meet at timing trailer

5:00             ALL GIRLS RACE

5:30             ALL BOYS RACE
