Indian Springs Info for Saturday 9/12

Plan to be there no later than 8:30. This will give us time to assign the numbers and chips.  Below is the meet information . Map to Indian Springs on the right  under upcoming events.

2015 CROSS COUNTRY INVITATIONAL 

Date:              Saturday, September 12, 2015 

Location:        INDIAN SPRINGS MIDDLE SCHOOL 

Time Schedule:          8:30 a.m. – Coaches Meeting (@ Flagpole)                                                       

                                     9:30 a.m.  – Girls Varsity

                                    10:00 a.m. – Boys Varsity

                                    10:30 a.m. – Girls Reserve

                                    11:00 a.m. – Boys Reserve

                                    12:00 noon – Presentation of Awards (Football Bleachers/Weather   

                                                           Permitting)                  

Timing:          We will be using chip timing.  Please open attachments for correct procedure on placing chip on  shoe.

Awards:          Individual plaques for first fifteen places in all races

                          Individual ribbons for next fifteen places in all races 

                        Team trophies for first three places in boys and girls varsity races only

                        Team ribbons for top five teams in boys and girls varsity races only

Other Information:    All races will be 3K (3000 meters).

                                    Each team should come dressed and prepared to run.

                                    We will be running through woods (May need to bring bug spray)

RESTROOMS:         Available in school. (Enter doors at flagpole side of school.) 

CONCESSIONS:      Available in school. (Enter doors at flagpole side of school.) 

TEAM CAMPS:        Locate team camps on the flagpole side of the school in the schoolyard.
