– Team check-in 8:00
– Coaches meeting 8:45 @ finish chute
– Girls varsity race 9:00
– Girls JV race 9:25*
– Boys varsity 9:55*
– Boys JV race 10:20*
*These are approximate times. If we can get a race going a few minutes sooner than
scheduled, we will. Please remind your runners to check-in early at starting line

REGULATIONS:
– Participants limited to grades 6, 7, and 8.
– A varsity team must consist of no more than 7 runners.
– Teams must fill varsity positions before entering reserve runners.
– Unlimited runners in reserve races
